IBA is going to recruit just 14 scale teacher not Assistant Commissioner or State Bank of Pakistan officer or High Court judge. 45% in each portion and overall 55% passing marks are out of understanding.
Private sector never evaluates the teacher’s competency with such a dramatic policy.
They follow only their teaching skills and methodology that’s why private sector is much better than government sector.
Why elite class preferences to private school as compare to government schools?
There are so many special subjects candidates who have 50 plus marks but could not qualify due to this policy. IBA raised the slogan of merit and transparency; they make a strict checking policy each and every candidate in three security phases and with a huge security how is it possible their some papers were circulating in social media during paper time?
IBA announce the result with only 0.88% passing candidates, everyone pressurize us and allot a title of incompetent due to result. We accept it that we are incompetent according to SIBA testing service.
Incompetent aspirants have appeared in many exam like as FPSC,SPSC,NTS,PTS,IBP,UTS,OTS etc all mentioned testing agencies asked candidates desire able exam city from which city they want to appear in exam. Why couldn’t SIBA conduct our test in Karachi? Why didn’t they ask for our desire exam city? They conduct JEST exam in Karachi but could not arrange the mechanism to conduct exam at Karachi by other domicile holders. There were so many candidates who travel to Sukkur just to appear in exam and bear extra charges including exam fees Rs 750. Is it the competency of SIBA testing service?
Developed countries have strong education and having highest literacy rate, they just follow teaching methodology nor dramatic policies. Sindh is one of the provinces in Pakistan where schools are not properly functional, I have seen many primary and secondary schools in Karachi whose building are in corers unfortunately I never see any student even teacher in those schools. For verification competent authority can visit and evaluate the worth of Govt. Secondary school Bin Qasim Malir opposite sindh Muslim society. These schools are not functional due to unstable policies, nationalism and political interference in educational institutes.
How is it possible that an engineer can teach biology, chemistry in better way? how is it possible that an simple arts graduate can teach Mathematics, Science, physics, chemistry and Biology in better way?
We have the following degree holders who are success to secure 50 plus marks in JEST exam such as MSc Physics, MSc Mathematics, MSc Botany, MSc Biology, MSc Chemistry, MA Urdu, MA Pak Studies, MA Economics, MA Sindhi, MA English, MA Islamiyat etc.
It’s better to pass all above 50 marks candidates they can do better, they will prove it through their skills and abilities because no one will go for sacrifice his/her job.
according to my sources 40% are engineer among passed 1367 candidates, no one studied electrical, mechanical, Civil, Biotechnology in Matric science even at intermediate level among us.
It’s my humble request to Sindh Education minister Mr Sardar Shah and competent authority to revise the policy, it is ruining the hundreds of candidate’s career, Please give us our genuine right by rejecting 45% passing ratio policy in each subject and provide relief to the youth with overall passing 50 marks. There are so many unemployers seeing your better judgement and positive feedback. it is a big opportunity for us and no one is ready to miss it.
